We have decades of experience as practitioners for all kinds of projects. We have seen all the wonderful advances made in that time. But we think there is still room to improve the practice.

We are not constrained by tradition.
Throughout our (admittedly short!) history we have constantly questioned commonly accepted beliefs about project management and are willing to try new and innovative ways of doing things.
✓ We’ve moved beyond methodology. We know accepted practices, but are flexible in how they are applied.
The best methods are the ones that get results for you.
✓ We want it to look easy. We suspect traditional providers are sometimes invested in making it look hard. After all, if it’s easy, why would you need them? We think it should be as close to frictionless and stressless as possible.
✓ We think everyone can manage a project.
You don’t have to be an expert to get results if you have access to the right expertise. We design efficient and sustainable ways to meet the needs of specific groups of people – Leaders, Practitioners and Small Business.

When Cheri Smith founded Crevay in 2022, she felt that customers needed something different. Even as project management gains greater acceptance, it needs to deliver ever more value with greater certainty.
Even our name - rooted in the concepts of value co-creation - is meant to convey the emphasis we put on collaboration and customer focus.
